Our Policies

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome whenever availability allows. However, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.

Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone at (832) 455-0913 or through our online booking system. We do not accept appointments by email at this time.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of individual appointments.

Parties of Three or More

Appointments for parties of three or more require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-Shows

Late cancellations or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may result in the full charge of the reserved service.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your therapist during the first 15 minutes of your massage, you may end the session without charge. After the first 15 minutes, the full service amount will apply.

Payment

We accept cash and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

Credit Card Fee

A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not guarantee a specific date or appointment time. Lost or missing gift certificates cannot be replaced.
